§ 12-1. Enforcing agency established; administrator.

There is hereby established in the Borough of Fanwood a State Uniform Construction Code Act enforcing agency to be known as the "Department of Construction Code Enforcement" ("Department").

B.
The Construction Official shall be the chief administrator of the Department.
