§ 61-36. Office created; appointment.

The office of Registered Nurse for the Borough of Fanwood is hereby created. Such person shall be required to be at least a registered nurse. The Mayor, with the consent of Council, shall appoint the Registered Nurse for a term of two years commencing on January 1 in the year that the appointment is made.
