§ 67-2. Board of Police and Police Commissioner.

The Mayor and Public Safety Committee of the Council shall constitute and be known and designated as the "Board of Police." The Chair of the Public Safety Committee shall be the Chair of the Board of Police. He/she shall be known and designated as the "Commissioner of Police."
