§ 141-12. Restrictions for conduct of business.

A.
The licensee or licensee's agent shall not conduct his/her business within 50 feet of any Borough-owned property, other than a public park.

B.
The licensee or licensee's agent shall not conduct his/her business within 200 feet of any other retailer located in the Borough that is engaged in selling the same product(s) as the licensee.

C.
The licensee or licensee's agent shall not conduct his/her business within 100 feet of any church or church property on Sunday prior to 1:30 p.m.

D.
The peddler or peddler's agent shall limit the time he/she remains stationary to 20 minutes and must move a minimum distance of 50 feet at each time interval.
