§ 141-17. Revocation of permit.

Any permit granted as herein provided may, in the discretion of the Chief of Police or, in his/her absence, the officer in charge at police headquarters, be revoked as the result of further investigation with regard to the character of the applicant or for the failure on the part of the permittee to observe the provisions of this chapter.
