§ 235-10. Condition and ownership of recyclables.

Any recyclable materials as described herein must be presented at the Recycling Center in clean and uncontaminated condition so that they are usable for recycling. Such recyclable material shall become the property of the Borough of Fanwood upon its deposit at the Recycling Center.
